Every day from 7am to 8pm. The kitchen stops taking orders 30 minutes before closing, and the last coffee goes in 15 minutes before that.

Yes. The same menu runs from 7am until the kitchen takes its last order at 7.30pm. There is no separate breakfast, lunch or dinner card, so you can have eggs at four in the afternoon if that is what you want.

Late afternoon. It builds from around 4pm, peaks near 5, and stays busy through to seven or eight. Mornings are the quiet stretch if you want a table to yourself.

We serve until the kitchen closes at 7.30pm and the cafe closes at 8pm, so it is an early dinner rather than a late one. Plenty of people eat here from five onwards.

Scooters park at the cafe itself. Cars use the car park by the lake, which is about 100m away, and you walk the last stretch. Both are free.

Yes. Bring a leash. If your dog barks, wanders to other tables or jumps up at people, the staff will ask you to put it on, because some guests are frightened of dogs. Clean up after your dog, on the lawn and on the paths. Our team cannot hold or watch it for you.

Main dishes run from IDR 55,000 to IDR 100,000 and desserts from IDR 35,000. All menu prices are before 11% tax and a 5% service charge, so add about 17%. Two people having breakfast with coffee usually land around IDR 250,000 all in.

No. There is no pork in any dish and the bacon is beef. We are not halal certified, so if certification is what you need, we would rather tell you straight.

Yes. A good half of the food menu is vegetarian, and Fungi Greens, Shanghai Spicy Wonton, Cauliflower Lolipop, Handcut Chips, Bulgogi Rice Bowl and the Impossible Burger are plant based. Everything is marked on the menu page.

Cheesy Basil contains cashew nut and is the only dish on the board with a tree nut in it. Tell the floor team about any allergy before you order and most dishes can be adjusted.

Yes, mornings especially, because that is the quiet stretch of our day. There is wifi and power at some tables. One thing to know: the afternoon is our busiest period, and once the floor is full the team may ask you to share a larger table, so it is not the place to spread out across four seats at 5pm.

Entirely outdoors, under a timber canopy, the trees and umbrellas. There is no indoor air conditioned room. The canopy is shaded and has fans, and the trees cover most of the rest, so it works right through the day.

Yes, we run live music under the trees, jazz most often. The schedule moves, so ask the staff or check Instagram for the next one.

Yes. There is lawn and open space beside the seating and a path around the lake. High chairs are limited, so ask when you arrive. The lake is deeper than it looks, so keep small children in sight.
